At Souillac Golf and Country Club all the houses are freehold and privately owned. From time to time properties are offered for resale by the owners. General Information
All the houses are of high quality wooden construction (Canadian Douglas Fir) in keeping with the environment, and built in accordance with the strict regulations of the French Government. Houses are given a 10 year guarantee from time of completion.
Warm in winter and cool in summer, the houses are offered for sale fully furnished.
The houses are in small widely separated hamlets situated around the golf course, and are part of a Co-Propriety, similar to owning an apartment, each house shares the costs of the common services, eg. Swimming pool. The properties have their own plot of freehold land, garden, and two car parking spaces. There is a swimming pool in each hamlet for the private use of residents.
Services to owners
Souillac Golf and Country Club offer the following services to owners
- House and garden maintenance.
- Preparation and cleaning of the house prior to arrival.
- Administrative assistance.
- Key holding.
- Regular inspection when not occupied.
- Rental service should the owner wish to rent out when not using it for self, family or friends.
Souillac Golf and Country Club is owned 100% by a U.K. Registered company Souillac Golf and Country Club Ltd., the shareholders of which are all house owners. Any new house purchaser is invited to become a shareholder which carries certain benefits, such as reduced golf fees and free use of most of the club facilities.
