parcours-souillac

A challenging and scenically beautiful course

Set in the middle of an oak forest Souillac Golf and Country Club is a delightful 18 hole course with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

The acclaimed golf course architect, Jeremy Pern, has used the natural contours of the land to create a course, with open fairways and  deceptive greens, now acknowledged to be one of the best in South West France.

parcours-vallonné

A course for all levels of golfers, both challenging and scenically beautiful, it rewards accuracy, and has some holes which are a real test for any golfer.

Reserving a tee time : Booking a tee time can be by telephone or at the reception. In the peak season it is advisable to reserve a buggy early.

Description

The tee shot needs to be over or even to the right of the marker post. The reason: the fairway slopes to the left and a long tee shot to the left of the post will invariably finish in trees. The alternative is to play an iron from the tee leaving a longer shot to the green. A dramatic ‘risk and reward’ finishing hole.
